PSB filter media are used for intake air filtration in air conditioning systems of all kinds, especially for coarse dust removal or as pre-filtration.
The media are produced from elastic, tear-resistant, thermally bonded polyester synthetic fibers.
PSB/275 S and PSB/290 S have a progressive structure, the layers being arranged one behind the other in such a way as to ensure that the density of the fiber layers increases towards the clean air side. This allows the defined filter performance and dust holding capacity to be optimized, which results in a longer lifetime of the filter concerned and lower pressure drops.
Due to their high dust holding capacity and long lifetime, PSB filter media are particularly economical and cost effective.
All types in this series are particularly effective in applications where stable filtration is required despite high dust levels and high flows of air.
PSB filters are particularly effective in the retention of dust in heavily loaded air.
The filter is available cut to size, in rolls or as a panel/frame.
