The flat media have a progressive structure and are composed of nonwoven synthetic fibers thermally bonded (washable) or bonded by a binder (non-washable). This structure guarantees optimal filtration performance and an optimal dust retention capacity, combined with a low pressure drop. They belong to the filtration classes G2, G3, G4, M5, M6 and exceptionally F8.
Delivery in accurate cutting or in roll (20, 40 or 60m²).

PSB Series
These non-washable progressive media (synthetic fibers made with a binder) are very economical thanks to their coarse dust retention capacity (up to 50µm). They extend the lifetime of the protected installations. They can be used as prefilters or filters in the ceilings of paint shops, in front of small electrical cabinets. They comply with the fire protection standards for (railway) rolling stock.
Their filtration DIN standard class is G2, G3, G4 (91%). They have a thickness of 10 to 20mm.
The PSB range :
- PSB/145 S
- PSB/275 S
- PSB/290 S -
P15 series
These washable progressive media (thermally welded synthetic fibers) are suitable for coarse dust filtration in very humid environments. They can be used as coalescer filter (2.5m/s). They provide low pressure drop and will often be used as a pre-filter in front of an MX cassette filter. They are compatible with low pressure fans in electrical cabinets.
Their filtration class is G2, G3, G4 (94%).
The P15 series:
- P15/150 S
- P15/350 S
- P15/500 S -
A3 / 300 S
Due to its very good filtration performance, the A3/300 S filter media can be used universally in all applications that require fine dust filtration from 12 to 15µm. Inserted in our Airwabox the filter will be used in high quality final filtration in air conditioning devices or as pre-filter in multi-stage intake air devices and in heatings in large industrial buildings.
The filtration class is M5. -
PA
PA/500-10 and PA/5560 G-10 filter mats are acknowledged as standard equipment. The main field of application for these fine filters is final intake air filtration in paint spray systems and booths. The main application category of the PA-5 micron filter mat is the final filtration of the intake air in paint spraying processes with particularly strict air purity requirements.
This media contains fibers impregnated with an adhesive substance that allows the capture of fine dust down to 5 μm. The weave of PA/560 G-10 and PA-5 microns allows the fibers to be installed in the ceiling of the spray booth without deformation or damage and gives outstanding results in all sophisticated painting processes.
Their filtration class is M5 and M6. They are tested according to the DIN standard.
The PA-5 micron and PA/560 are also available in ATEX version. -
ProfAir
ProfAir is a fine filter intended for the final filtration of the intake air in paint and repair booths. The filter mat ensures a high power of retention for particles >10 µm and a high degree of protection against paint damage for jobs with lower cosmetic standards.
