What is your role at Airwatec, and how would you describe your job in 3 words?
I am a site manager — in three words.
I oversee all site monitoring and management activities for the Design & Build department. I am also fully responsible for everything related to maintenance work for our clients, acting as a true project manager.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most is the variety of my tasks, balancing time between the field and the office.
What motivates you in your day-to-day work?
My biggest motivation is finding solutions that meet our clients’ needs while working in a particularly pleasant team atmosphere.
Can you tell us about a project you particularly enjoyed working on?
The project I enjoyed the most so far was the one carried out at WINOA in Grenoble.
We installed an extraction hood designed to capture fumes in a blasting booth, including a large duct network on the roof. It was a large-scale project with especially impressive dimensions.
Working at the foot of the mountains was a real pleasure, especially under beautiful sunshine, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Office or construction site?
At the moment, I split my time 50/50 between the office and construction sites, and I love that balance. Ideally, I’d be in the office when it’s too cold and on site during beautiful sunny days.
