Extend the operational lifetime of your fine filters

MP 45 KTC filter panels are used for pre-filtration of pulsed, extracted and recycled air in ventilation systems. They extend the lifetime of the downstream high performance filters. They can be simply clipped onto Viledon MaxiPleat cassette filters. This makes it possible to insert a pre-filtration stage without any structural modifications.

• The filter media used is a thermally bonded, progressive-structured non-woven fabric made from break-resistant synthetic-organic fibers.
• The pleated filter media is stabilized by horizontal thermofused wires on both sides and integrated into the robust nonwoven frame by a thermofused compound in a dust-proof configuration.
• Four connection holes are incorporated in the corners of the frame on the clean air side. In this way, the pre-filter can be simply clipped onto the MaxiPleat  main filter equipped with connection pins.
• The connecting pins engaged in the main filter cannot be removed. However, the clipped-on MP 45 KTC prefilter can be easily removed and replaced. Even during operation, the pre-filter can be replaced quickly and safely.
• Velcro fasteners on the main filter ensure increased stability during operation.
