MP 45 K filter panels are used for pre-filtration in ventilation and air-conditioning equipment as well as in air intake systems and extend the useful lifetime of downstream high-performance filters.
- The filter media used is a progressive-structured non-woven fabric made from synthetic-organic fibers that are resistant to breakage.
- The frame is made of robust polypropylene plastic and bonded to the pleated filter media on all four interior sides of the frame in a dust-proof configuration.
- A protective grid on the downstream side increases the stability of the filter.
- The entire filter element is moisture resistant up to 100% relative humidity, so dimensional stability is assured.
- The maximum temperature for thermal stability is 70°C.
- The frame and the filter media are self-extinguishing in accordance with the DIN standard (fire class F 1).
