The filter media used is a progressive-structured non-woven, composed of synthetic-organic fibers that are resistant to breakage.
The frame consists of a strong, moisture-resistant cardboard, bonded to the pleated filter media on all four inner sides of the frame in a dust-proof configuration.
Diagonally arranged protective grids enhance the stability of the frame.
The filter media is moisture resistant up to 100% relative humidity, resulting in dimensional stability of the pleat assembly.
The maximum temperature for thermal stability is 70°C.
