The main area of application for the Viledon® HiProtec HT10, HT2.5 and HT1 rigid filters with a depth of up to 78 mm is air filtration in paint dryers in the automobile industry. The filters are mounted in the ceiling of the booths or in the side channels of the dryer ducts and meet particularly stringent requirements for air purity, reliability of the process and economic efficiency.
The HT 10 A 480×480 mm (class M6) is frequently used as an upgrade for filters and expanded metal cells.
• The low resistance of the filters allows for very high lifetimes and exceptionally cost-effective operating characteristics.
• For unfavorable flow conditions in the installation, filters in reinforced version are available (designation: – reinf).
• For temperatures up to 385 °C, the filters are also available with an aluminium frame (designation: – H at the end).
• For installations that only have a restricted space, filter elements with a 150 mm deep are also available.
