The flat media have a progressive structure and are composed of nonwoven synthetic fibers thermally bonded (washable) or bonded by a binder (non-washable).
This guarantees optimal filtration performance and dust retention highest capacity with a low pressure drop. They belong to the filtration classes G2, G3, G4, M5, M6 and exceptionally F8.
We produce the over-moulding of polyurethane frames as a rigid support for the permeable filter media. Filter frames are used to protect air conditioning, ventilation systems, control panels and heating systems.
