Industrial water
filters are made of high-quality synthetic materials
and offer connection options from 2" to
3" and yields from 15,000 to 50,000 litres
per hour with very low load losses. |
| Fitted with
a 25 micron filtering sieve, two pressure
gauges and a purging valve as standard issue.
A stainless steel clamp collar with an O-ring
ensures that the filter is closed and air-tight.
The bayonet system ensures that the hood is
kept in place during opening and closing of
the filter. |
 |
Filter refills:
The system of interchangeable and disposable bags
offers filtering finenesses of 5, 10, 25, 50 and
100 micron; 150 and 300 micron nylon bags (washable)
are also available.

Optional
extras :
Brass connections fitted with O-rings are available
separately and permit easy filter placement/dismounting. |

Technical
characteristics :
- Filtering finenesses: 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 micron
(standard bags)
- 150 and 300 micron available in nylon (washable
and reusable)
- Maximum temperature: 50° continuous
- Maximum usage pressure (bursting pressure 30 bar):
15 bar
- Initial load loss: ± 0.4 bar depending
on types and yields
- Average yields for Ð
P 0.2 bar (filtering fabric 25 micron)
Two pressure gauges 0-20 bar indicate
the load loos at all times.
The entry/exit bags are threaded for screwing of
metallic connections.
The entry/exit holes of the head are threaded (thread
suitable for gas) for all types of connections.
